5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Pianottoli-Caldarello

In Pianottoli-Caldarello, in southern Corsica, this single-storey villa opens onto a vast Mediterranean garden surrounded by maquis. The unspoilt setting invites relaxation in the shade of trees or around a barbecue, away from bustle.

The living spaces are generous and bright, bringing together the living room, dining room and an open-plan kitchen with careful lines. A terrace runs along the facade and extends the house outdoors, for outdoor meals or shared moments in the evening. When the air cools, the fireplace warms the salon.

The 5 bedrooms each have a shower room and direct access to a private terrace, offering each guest their own private corner. This layout allows everyone to find their own pace, between shared moments and quieter times.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated in season, accompanying days from spring to autumn, whilst the pétanque area adds a typically Corsican touch to late afternoons. A utility room makes daily life easier. The property suits a large family or group of friends wishing to enjoy a spacious setting for 10 people.
