5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Annecy

On the heights of Veyrier, a few minutes from Annecy, this contemporary villa benefits from a calm setting between lake and mountains. The well-kept garden and 250m2 terrace offer a vast outdoor space, with an alpine view that changes with the seasons.

Inside, the living room and dining room are arranged around a fireplace that invites evenings with close ones as the air cools. The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace, facilitating meals outdoors, while the private pool becomes the natural meeting place for summer days.

The 5 bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy for everyone. A family bedroom, equipped with a double bed and single beds, completes the arrangement and suits children and adults alike. Natural materials and soft tones give these spaces a calming atmosphere, conducive to rest after a walk on the surrounding paths.

Designed to welcome 12 people, this villa lends itself to stays with extended family or friends coming together to enjoy the lake, the mountain and the comfort of a house where everyone finds their place.
