5 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and sea views in Mandelieu-la-Napoule

On the heights of Mandelieu la Napoule, this villa overlooks the bay with a panoramic view of the Îles de Lérins and the Cannes basin, just 9km from the Croisette. The enclosed plot of 2800m2 offers a private and tree-lined setting, away from the hustle of the coast while remaining close to beaches and the golf course, 4.5km away, and shops 2km away.

On the ground floor, the double living room opens directly onto a terrace facing the sea, a living space where the panorama can be enjoyed at any time of day. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room allow for entertaining in numbers, while at the lower level a practical laundry room welcomes swimmers with washing machine, tumble dryer and American style refrigerator.

The sleeping space is distributed over the 2 levels and accommodates up to 10 people in bedrooms with generous external views. Two of them, on the ground floor, overlook the sea view terrace, whilst those at the lower level have direct access to the swimming pool, including the master bedroom with dressing room and full bathroom.

The garden is designed for full days outdoors. The swimming pool of 12 by 5 metres is bordered by a pool house with summer kitchen and gas barbecue, completed by a table tennis table and a billiard table for group evenings. Parking for 2 cars completes the whole, the access road having a fairly steep slope not recommended for low-slung cars.

This configuration, generous in outdoor spaces and leisure amenities, is particularly suited to an extended family or a group of friends seeking a comfortable setting with sea view, where each person finds their own corner of privacy whilst sharing the main moments of the day.
