5 bedroom villa with a jacuzzi in Annecy

On the shores of Lake Annecy, this modern villa benefits from direct access to the water, between lake views and the gentle relief of the surrounding Alps. The large garden, terrace and private jetty form a sequence of outdoor spaces where you can swim in the morning or share a barbecue in the evening. The immediate proximity to the water sets the tone for the entire stay.

Inside, large glazed doors open the living spaces onto the landscape and let in light. The lounge, warmed by a fireplace, forms a natural gathering point on returning from walks or swims. The open plan kitchen, well designed, extends these shared moments through to the dining table.

The 5 bedrooms, arranged to accommodate up to 10 people, adopt sober and restful decoration. The bathrooms alternate between deep baths and showers, depending on the room. The jacuzzi, positioned facing the lake, offers a moment of relaxation while admiring the changing reflections of the water in the evening.

This setting suits a family or group of friends seeking a stay by the water, between outdoor life on the jetty and the comfort of interior spaces that open widely onto the landscape.
