5 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

In Saint Martin de Belleville, this chalet occupies a privileged position in a village that has retained its authentic character, a short distance from a renowned starred restaurant and the departure point of the slopes of the 3 Vallées domain. The shuttle stops right opposite, which simplifies journeys without having to take the car out of the garage, parked in one of the 2 private spaces.

On arrival, a private garden and a spacious terrace set the tone for the stay, oriented as much towards the outdoors as towards interior comfort. The large ski room, equipped with a boot dryer, allows all equipment to be stored on return from the slopes without cluttering the living spaces.

Over its 4 levels, the chalet unfolds 350m2 organised around a huge living space on the garden floor, where the dining room and open kitchen communicate with a sitting room whose fireplace faces the surrounding panorama. A corner terrace extends this living space towards the outside, whilst a reading corner and a bar complete the lower levels.

The sauna and hammam space, spread over 2 different floors, offer a real moment of relaxation after a day of skiing. The 5 bedrooms, including a suite with dressing room on the ground floor, are distributed over the different levels with their own bathrooms, which preserves privacy for everyone.

Designed to accommodate 12 people in well-defined spaces, this chalet is particularly suited to an extended family or a group of friends who wish to enjoy the domain together whilst maintaining, at rest time, corners that are their own.
