5 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

At Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, this chalet benefits from a rare location: the Biolley slopes and the ski lift are 100m away, the ski school is 200m away and the resort centre is 500m away. You put on your skis in front of the door and return the same way, with no need for a shuttle or a car.

Over 200m2, the living spaces are organised around a fireplace that sets the tone from the entrance. A piano occupies one corner of the living room, a wine cellar and audio system complete evenings that often extend beyond a day of skiing. Outside, outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy the fresh air whenever the sun permits.

The five bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which simplifies organisation for a stay with multiple families. The master bedroom has a bed of 180cm, two other bedrooms offer a double bed of 160cm, a fourth becomes a twin configuration, and the children’s bedroom has two bunk beds and a desk. The sauna offers welcome relaxation after returning from the slopes, and the ski room prevents equipment cluttering the living spaces.

This chalet suits a larger group, up to eight people, seeking to bring together multiple generations under one roof without sacrificing individual comfort. The presence of a cot and a high chair facilitate accommodation of the youngest children, while the immediate proximity to the slopes and ski school simplifies days for all skiing levels.
