5 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Courchevel

At La Tania, this renovated chalet benefits from ski-in ski-out access, with the slopes of the Plan Fontaine sector a few metres away and the cable car 850m away. The resort centre is reached in approximately 1000m, which keeps the hamlet quiet whilst keeping amenities within walking distance.

From the entrance, contemporary design marries a cosy atmosphere, sustained by the fireplace and by an unobstructed view over the valley from the living spaces. The north, east and west exposure brings light throughout the day and extends the communal areas towards the outside, notably the balcony.

The 5 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, are divided between a family bedroom with bunk beds and several double bedrooms equipped with a television, allowing nights to be organised according to the group’s composition. The sauna and jacuzzi offer recovery after a day of skiing, whilst the boot warmer and laundry room simplify daily life.

Bed linen, beds made on arrival and wood provided for the fireplace ease the settling in, completed by cleaning during and at the end of the stay. A la carte catering allows meals to be composed on site according to preference.

With its 176m2 organised across several bedrooms and capacity for 10 people, this chalet suits an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy the slopes without leaving the comfort of a well-kept interior.
