5 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Val-d'Isère

Perched on the heights of Fornet, one of the most authentic hamlets in Val-d’Isère, this chalet overlooks the Isère gorges. The old village is an ideal base for exploring the ski area, notably the powder reserves of the Grand Vallon. The atmosphere here is calmer and more village-like than in the resort centre.

The chalet is entered via an entrance reception and a ski room equipped with boot warmers, designed for a comfortable return after a day on the slopes. At this same level are an indoor swimming pool and a hammam whose windows offer views of the river and the old bridge. It is one of the most striking spaces in the chalet, conducive to relaxation at the end of the day.

The 5 bedrooms are distributed across several floors of the chalet. Most occupy the first level, with flexible configurations in king or twin beds and a west-facing aspect that captures the afternoon sun, complemented by a small room with wooden bunk beds for children. An additional bedroom, with its own bathroom, occupies the top floor.

The upper level houses a vast living and dining space flooded with light thanks to its double-height windows. A stone fireplace marks its centre, while an external terrace opens onto the river and the mountains of the Italian border. The large reclaimed wood table and the complementary dining space make it easy to bring together family and friends.

With a capacity of 10 people, this chalet is suitable for an extended family or a group of friends seeking a peaceful stay, between a private spa and large shared spaces, in a village setting close to the ski area.
