5 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Saint Gervais Les Bains

This modern chalet is located in a gated private estate in Saint Gervais Les Bains, in Haute Savoie. The enclosed and residential setting guarantees complete tranquility, while remaining close to the mechanical lifts of the area.

Spread across 3 levels, the 283m2 space combines wood and high quality finishes, with large open spaces. The living room, which has a traditional fireplace, opens onto large bay windows that frame the Aravis mountain range, while a mezzanine converted into a play area offers a dedicated corner for children. The exterior hot tub benefits from a dominant position with views over the Mont Blanc Massif.

The 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, can accommodate up to 10 people in careful comfort. The open kitchen is accompanied by a hamam and a massage room, enough to extend relaxation after a day on the slopes or trails. A Sonos audio system and satellite television complete the chalet’s equipment.

Designed for large groups, families or friends, this chalet can also be combined with other properties in the same private hamlet for stays on a larger scale. It is equally suitable for a winter stay or a summer stay in the mountains.
