5 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Courchevel

This chalet is located at Le Praz, in the hamlet that borders the centre of Courchevel, just 50m from the first shops. The slopes and ski lift are reached in 200m on foot, which means the car stays in the garage for daily comings and goings. The exposure spans all four cardinal directions, so the light changes according to the rooms and the time of day.

Over 320m2, the spaces are organised around a living room where the fireplace holds a central place, with wood provided throughout your stay. A private cinema and audio system extend evenings once you have come down from the slopes, while the swimming pool and sauna offer quieter relaxation. Access suitable for people with reduced mobility completes this organisation designed to welcome guests without constraint.

The 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are distinguished by their configurations: some open onto a balcony, and the master bedroom has a dressing room and full wardrobe. Beds are made upon arrival and bed linen is provided, with the option of obtaining additional linen during your stay. A cot and high chair are also available for the youngest guests.

This chalet suits a group or extended family of up to 10 people who want both immediate proximity to the village and quick access to the slopes. Breakfast is included each morning, and a welcome hamper and glass of champagne greet arrivals. Pets are accepted, which allows you to plan a stay without leaving anyone behind.
