This individual chalet is located in Courchevel 1850, in the Cospillot district, away from the bustle of the town centre whilst remaining close to the slopes. The building is spread over 4 levels that organise the living spaces, bedrooms and relaxation area without ever mixing them. It welcomes up to 10 people, as a family or with friends, in a resolutely mountain environment.

The living room, vast and filled with light, is organised around a fireplace that invites gathering upon return from skiing. A terrace extends this space outdoors and allows you to enjoy the mountain air as soon as the weather is fine. The open kitchen, contemporary in its design, communicates with a dining room designed for meals that extend into the evening.

The 5 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom, which preserves the privacy of each occupant. Two of them are equipped with double beds, two others with single beds, whilst the last, with its bunk beds, is particularly suited to children. This layout allows several generations to be accommodated without anyone having to share their space.

The wellness area occupies a central place in the chalet’s daily life, with a heated indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a hammam and a massage room. This is where the day ends, once the skis are put away and the cold left outside. This chalet suits a group or extended family that seeks, between skiing and relaxation, a place where the house counts as much as the mountain.
