The chalet is located in the hamlet of Bois, in Chamonix, surrounded by fields and forests, with direct access to hiking trails and cycle paths. The ski lifts at La Flégère and Brévent are reached in 3 minutes by car, which keeps the location peaceful whilst maintaining proximity to the ski area.

Built in 1794, the farmhouse is among the oldest structures in the valley. Its restoration has preserved the original framework as a centrepiece, combined with noble materials and the craftsmanship of local artisans, resulting in a property that respects the character of the building whilst offering contemporary comfort.

The living space is organised around a central fireplace that naturally distinguishes the dining area, lounge and reception space without partitioning them. The independent and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a breakfast area extended by the outdoor terrace, whilst a wine cellar completes this arrangement.

The return from skiing or hiking extends into a spa space inspired by Japanese onsen and the area’s former thermal springs, with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage room. A cinema room, games room and large ski room complete the chalet’s amenities.

The 5 suites are distributed across 3 levels, each with its own bathroom and particular character, including a family bedroom extended by an adjoining dormitory. The property, accommodating up to 14 people, is suited to an extended family or group of friends seeking an authentic alpine stay, combining refined comfort and group living.
