5 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Grimentz

At Grimentz, this detached chalet occupies an isolated position within a group of chalets, with triple south, east and north exposure that fills the living spaces with light throughout the day. From the outdoor areas, views open widely onto the surrounding peaks, a setting that suits morning coffee as much as an evening aperitif.

Across 4 levels, the circulation distributes the volumes naturally. The main living space combines a seating area with television, a fully equipped kitchen and a table that can seat 12 guests, all warmed by a wood stove that creates a mountain atmosphere from the end of the winter ski season onwards.

The 5 bedrooms, all fitted with king size beds and attached bathrooms, offer each person their own privacy. An additional room, arranged as a television lounge with a modular sofa bed, can be converted into a double bedroom according to the group’s needs, bringing the capacity to 10 people.

The private sauna is a real advantage after a day on the slopes, and the balcony extends the living spaces towards the outside to enjoy the mountain air. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine complete equipment designed for an independent stay.

At 215m2 spread across 4 levels, this chalet suits an extended family or a group of friends wanting to enjoy Grimentz in a spacious and independent setting, without ever getting in each other’s way.
