5 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Courchevel

In the village centre of Courchevel 1550, this chalet benefits from a location that puts everything within reach. The slopes are 160m away, as is the ski lift, and the ski school is only 250m away. The heart of the resort is also accessible within a few minutes on foot, which allows complete freedom to organise days without depending on a car.

Facing north and east, the chalet opens around a fireplace that becomes the natural gathering point for evenings after skiing. The equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room, designed to bring the household together around a meal without anyone feeling removed from the living room conversation.

The 5 bedrooms, all en suite with their own bathroom, are arranged to offer each person privacy, from the master bedroom to the double bedrooms and a family bedroom equipped with bunk beds for children. At 200m2, this layout allows a large group to live together without getting in each other’s way.

The sauna and jacuzzi installed in the chalet extend the day well after coming down from the slopes, while the ski room and boot warmer simplify the daily rhythm of those who go out repeatedly. Back inside, everyone finds carefully looked after linen and already made beds, with nothing to worry about except enjoying the place.

This chalet is suitable for a large family or a group of friends looking for both the immediate proximity of the village and the comfort of an interior designed for gathering together, between shared meals, evenings by the fire and relaxation moments at the sauna.
