5 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Courchevel

In Courchevel, this detached chalet spreads its volumes over 4 levels in a resolutely mountain spirit. The double living room, flooded with light, opens onto a large terrace and brings together a fireplace, billiards and a bar equipped with a coffee machine, around a complete audiovisual space.

The open kitchen, fully fitted, connects to a south-facing dining room which also opens onto a terrace. Meals naturally extend outdoors, in light that crosses this part of the house throughout the day.

The 5 bedrooms are distributed over the lower levels, each with its own bathroom, dressing room and balcony access for most. Two master suites offer more privacy, whilst a family bedroom, designed for children with bunk beds and a desk, completes the accommodation for up to 14 people.

On the lowest level, a ski room with boot warmers and storage facilitates return from the slopes, extended by a garage. A sauna and an additional shower room offer a moment of relaxation, whilst a mezzanine fitted as a games room keeps the children occupied while parents are settled in the living room.

This chalet suits an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy a mountain stay together, between shared comfort and spaces to retreat. The complete laundry room and provided bed linen simplify the organisation of daily life throughout the stay.
