5 bedroom chalet close to the slopes in Valloire

In the heart of Archaz, this chalet overlooks Valloire resort with views over the Poingt Ravier massif. The location suits both winter holidays and summer hiking expeditions, in a peaceful and open setting above the village.

The ground floor opens onto a welcome boot room, then into a living space that combines a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A large balcony of 8m2 extends this space outdoors, while a ski room provides additional storage on this level.

Bedrooms are spread across 2 lower floors, with 5 bedrooms each with their own décor and some with external access or television. 3 bathrooms and separate WC ensure convenience for groups, and a laundry room facilitates longer stays.

The private cinema room becomes the venue for shared evenings, suited to gathering the family or friends after a day of skiing or walking. With 130m2 arranged over 3 levels and capacity for 12 people, this chalet suits large groups or extended families seeking a comfortable base at Valloire.
