On the Chemin du Petit Alaska, a quiet and secluded neighbourhood, this chalet benefits from genuine tranquility whilst remaining within reach of the resort. Ten minutes on foot are enough to reach the town centre of Val-d’Isère, and 5 to 6 minutes by car lead to the Solaise Express lifts. Access is by a narrow mountain road, typical of the Alpine landscape, less convenient with a pushchair or for people with reduced mobility.

Spread over 3 floors, the chalet combines exposed beams, wood panelling and a stone fireplace with more contemporary fittings. The ground floor groups the bedrooms around a ski room with heated boot dryer, practical on return from the slopes. It also provides access to a wellness space where an indoor swimming pool has been carved into the rock, completed by a hammam and a relaxation area with poufs and audio system, ideal for teenagers.
