5-bedroom chalet in Val d'Isère

At the edge of the forest, on the heights of Val d’Isère, this chalet overlooks the valley from a quiet area on Chemin du Petit Alaska. The Solaise ski lifts and the first slopes are reached in 5 minutes, while the village centre is 4 minutes’ drive away. The road to it is narrow and steep, poorly lit, and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.

Entry is on the first floor, directly connected to a ski room equipped with a boot dryer, convenient for setting out early on the slopes. On the ground floor, the living space combines an open kitchen and a dining room where evening meals are taken. The living room, dominated by a large fireplace, opens onto large bay windows and a balcony that overlook the surrounding massifs.

The lower floor contains a wellness area with a stone hot tub, a sauna and sun loungers, along with a shower and a utility room. This space allows you to relax after a day of skiing or simply to spend a day in peace, away from the bustle of the slopes.

The 5 bedrooms are spread over 4 levels, each with its own en-suite bathroom. A family suite on the ground floor, consisting of a double bedroom and an alcove with bunk beds, opens directly onto the living space, practical for watching the children sleep from the living room. The 220m2 of the chalet can accommodate up to 12 people in volumes of wood and stone, in a traditional alpine style.
