The chalet is located on the Route du Petit Alaska, a quiet street perched on the heights of Val-d’Isère, with a clear view over the village and the surrounding massifs. It takes approximately 10 minutes on foot to reach the main street, its shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the Solaise and Bellevarde ski lifts which provide access to the entire domain shared with Tignes. The access road, narrow and steep, requires some care on foot as well as by car, especially in the evening.

Over 230m2, the chalet combines traditional Savoyard architecture with contemporary furnishings, with underfloor heating adjustable room by room. The ground floor houses the entrance and a ski room equipped with boot dryers, practical for setting off each morning with dry equipment. This same level contains a wellness space with an indoor hot tub and sauna, completed by a separate WC, to relax on returning from the slopes.

The second floor brings together the living spaces around a sitting room, a kitchen and a dining room that open widely onto each other, animated by a fireplace. Large glazed doors and a spacious terrace extend this level to the outside and the view over Val-d’Isère.
