5 bedroom chalet with a fireplace in Megève

This new chalet faces the Plan slopes in the Princesse sector at Megève, 650 metres from the ski lifts and ski school. The resort centre is 3300 metres away, which provides a quiet setting while keeping the slopes accessible within a few minutes on foot.

The house benefits from a dual south and east aspect, flooding the living spaces with light throughout the day. The fireplace, supplied with wood, forms the heart of the living room and invites you to linger after a day outdoors, while the balcony and terrace extend the interior towards the outside.

The bedrooms, spread across several levels, are each distinguished by their layout: double beds, desk, cupboard, some opening onto their own terrace or balcony, another designed for children with bunk beds. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom, one of which has a spa bath to relax after skiing.

The ground floor utility space completes daily comfort with a ski room, garage and laundry room, whilst a fitness room allows you to maintain your routine without leaving the house. Bed linen, beds made on arrival and a welcome basket simplify settling in from the first hours.

With its 246m2 organised to accommodate 8 people in comfortable conditions, this chalet suits a multi-generational family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy the ski area together whilst each keeping their own space.
