At La Tania, between Méribel and Courchevel, this chalet benefits from the central position of the Trois Vallées domain. The village, nestled at the edge of the forest, retains postcard-like character with its snow-covered roofs, and its modest size puts slopes, shops and restaurants within easy reach. The quiet Plan de Saz road places the chalet just 200 metres from the ski lifts, and experienced skiers can even reach the slopes by skiing off-piste through the trees that border the plot.

Built from wood salvaged from an old Russian farmhouse, the 120m2 chalet retains the spirit of a traditional log cabin. Exposed beams, pine finishes and a wood-burning stove create a warm atmosphere suited to après-ski evenings with family or friends. The house is arranged over 2 levels, with an annexe accessible from outside that contains one of the bedrooms.

On the ground floor, a ski room equipped with a boot dryer welcomes arriving skiers. 3 bedrooms with single beds and one double bedroom, the latter situated in the annexe, share this floor, each with its own shower room and private toilet. On the terrace, a hot tub awaits tired legs after a day on the slopes.

On the first floor, a fifth bedroom with single beds completes the accommodation, alongside a spacious living room warmed by a wood-burning stove and equipped with satellite television. The open dining area and fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and coffee machine, encourage preparing meals for your stay without leaving the communal living space of the chalet.

Free wifi covers the entire house, and a parking space awaits your vehicle at the entrance. A connecting door allows this chalet to be linked to the adjacent chalet, a valuable option for larger groups wishing to unite two families or two groups of friends. Designed for 10 people, this chalet is particularly suited to a group ski stay, where each person enjoys private space while sharing evenings around the fire.
