5 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Grimentz

On the third floor of a residence in Grimentz, this apartment opens onto mountain views from its balcony. The elevated position offers considerable visual openness onto the surrounding peaks, an advantage that extends to both the bedrooms and the living spaces.

The living room comprises a sitting area facing the fireplace, extended by a bar and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living space. A furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors in all seasons, as a natural extension of the apartment.

4 double bedrooms are distributed throughout the space with beds of 180×200 and 160×200, completed by a cabin-style bedroom without a window equipped with a convertible sofa bed of 160×200. 3 bathrooms accompany this 157m2 property, designed to minimise movement within the home.

A private sauna completes the facilities, alongside a washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine that simplify daily life on site. The sitting room television helps pass the long winter evenings.

With its capacity for 10 people and its versatile cabin bedroom, this apartment suits a large family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy a mountain stay together, without sacrificing each person’s privacy.
