5 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Courchevel

In Courchevel, this 292m2 triplex unfolds beneath the eaves, with the benefit of a wide south-facing balcony overlooking the peaks. The quiet of the heights and cross-through light characterise this penthouse apartment.

Access is by private lift, genuine comfort for a space spread over 3 levels. Beneath the exposed beams, wooden rafters and spectacular ceiling height give the living room a warm character, where the fireplace invites gathering after a day on the slopes.

The living room extends into a dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, designed for entertaining without leaving conversation. 5 bedrooms are distributed across the floors, including four with double beds and one dormitory bedroom with 3 single beds for children, completed by 4 bathrooms.

The penthouse also offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation, a bar for evenings among adults, and a cinema room with large screen where children can watch a film while parents dine peacefully.

With capacity for 11 people, this apartment suits a group of friends or extended family wishing to enjoy together a mountain stay, between shared moments and spaces to gather in numbers.
