4 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Lumio

At Lumio, in northern Corsica, this villa benefits from a calm environment where views extend over the surrounding hills. The address suits both long summer stays and shorter breaks, away from the bustle of the coast.

The swimming pool occupies a central place in the outdoor spaces and invites you to enjoy the open air from morning to evening. A barbecue area allows meals to be extended outdoors, facing the mountain views that accompany the villa.

Inside, the 250m2 is divided into clear volumes where each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom, a welcome comfort for preserving each person’s privacy. Access is designed for people with reduced mobility, which facilitates movement throughout the house.

With a capacity of 8 people, this villa suits an extended family or a group of friends wishing to share a stay in Corsica while each retaining their own space. The configuration of the bedrooms and bathrooms allows true independence within the group.
