4 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Annecy

In Annecy, this contemporary villa benefits from a peaceful setting where views extend to the mountains and the lake, changing with the hours of the day. Light flows generously through the living spaces, which open seamlessly to the outside. Terrace and garden extend naturally from the living room to the heated swimming pool, where a few lengths pleasantly round off the day.

The lounge warms around a fireplace when temperatures drop, conducive to evenings with close friends. The kitchen, open to the living room, comes alive with shared meals, whilst a bar area and barbecue create conviviality both inside and in the garden. Together they form a refined setting where each room has a clear purpose.

Four bedrooms are distributed throughout the villa, with varied layouts suitable for both a family and a group of friends, one of them having an en suite shower. These spaces designed for rest accommodate up to 9 people while preserving everyone’s privacy.

The garden includes a table tennis area, pleasant after a walk by the lake or a visit to Annecy’s narrow streets. Days are organised freely between swimming, relaxation and outdoor dinners, in a setting suitable for both a family and a group of friends seeking calm and large shared spaces.
