4 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and sea views in Porto-Vecchio

At Porto-Vecchio, this contemporary villa benefits from an orientation that brings the Mediterranean into every room. The garden of 700m2 and its generously sized terrace form a natural extension to the house, with scents of maquis and plays of light on the water.

The living room and dining room open towards each other and then towards the outside, creating fluid circulation between interior and garden. The open kitchen, designed with functionality in mind, extends to a bar where breakfast and evening aperitifs are taken alike.

The swimming pool invites sunbathing whilst the hot tub offers a more intimate relaxation space, away from view. In the evening, the barbecue installed in the garden brings guests together for alfresco dining.

The 4 bedrooms each have their own ensuite, three with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, which allows a family or group of friends to be accommodated without difficulty. With its 146m2 organised around these generous living spaces, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people in good comfort and privacy.
