4 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and sea views in Marine de Davia

At Marine de Davia, this villa benefits from a seafacing location, with the particular light of the Corsican coast that accompanies the days from morning to evening. The terrace and garden extend the living spaces towards the outside, around a swimming pool that naturally becomes the centre of the stay.

Over 170m2, the volumes are arranged with clarity between the living room, equipped with a fireplace for cooler evenings, and outdoor spaces designed for barbecue meals facing the sea view. The jacuzzi adds an extra moment of relaxation, in addition to the swimming pool.

The 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, allow several families or groups of friends to live together without inconvenience, a comfort enhanced by disabled access that facilitates movement throughout the villa. Air conditioning, wifi and complete kitchen equipment ensure a practical stay, animals included.

This property suits a group of 8 people seeking a comfortable seaside stay, between relaxation by the water and outdoor meals, in a setting where everyone finds their own space.
