4 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and sea views in Marine de Davia

At Marine de Davia, on the seafront, this villa enjoys a rare location, within steps of the water and its changing horizon. The place suits those who want the sea as the backdrop to their stay rather than as a simple destination for outings.

The swimming pool holds a central place in the days, extended by a balcony from which the view opens widely onto the sea. The barbecue installed outside invites meals taken outdoors, in the rhythm of a summer spent mostly outside.

Over 180m2, the villa distributes 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom, an organisation that leaves each person their space while maintaining true coherence as a whole. Disabled access facilitates movement through the house and towards the outside, a valuable point for welcoming all members of a group without distinction.

With a capacity of 8 people, this place lends itself to a stay of extended family or amongst friends, where communal life is shared between swimming pool, terrace and view over the sea. Those who seek a simple anchor point, turned towards the water, will find here a suitable setting.
