4 bedroom villa with a sauna in Annecy

In Annecy, this contemporary villa benefits from a rare viewpoint over the surrounding hills and the calm waters of the lake. Wood and stone are in dialogue here, opening widely onto the Alpine landscape, in an atmosphere both sober and warm.

The living room, warmed by a fireplace, naturally gathers people after walks by the water or on the surrounding trails. The adjoining dining room and fully equipped kitchen extend these shared moments, while the garden and terraces invite outdoor meals and barbecues facing the peaks.

The 4 bedrooms, each with a dressing room and an adjoining shower room, guarantee privacy for each person, an asset appreciated for a group of 9 people. The wellness space, with its sauna and hot tub, offers further relaxation after a day spent in the lively centre of Annecy or on the Alpine heights.

This place is particularly suited to an extended family or a group of friends seeking a stay between nature and comfort, for both active days and quiet evenings by the fire.
