4 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Morzine

This chalet occupies a dominant position in the Encoches district, one of the most sought-after areas of Morzine, approximately ten minutes’ walk from the town centre. Its south-facing aspect provides generous sunshine throughout the day, from both inside and from the numerous balconies and terraces that surround it. The Super Morzine cable car is easily reached on foot, which means skis can be left in town.

The main living space impresses with its double height, exposed wooden framework and large windows. A double-aspect glazed corner facing south opens onto a panorama that encompasses the Ressachaux, Pointe de Nyon, Pleney and Roc d’Enfer. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, organised around a counter that invites you to linger while preparing a meal together.

The 4 bedrooms, all en suite, are spread across 3 separate levels, which gives everyone their own space without ever feeling cramped. The master suite occupies the entire top floor, with its own sitting room, a large bathroom and clear views of the surrounding peaks. Another bedroom, on the second level, appeals with its balanced proportions and private balcony.

The chalet also has a wellness area with treatment room and sauna, whilst an outdoor hot tub is positioned outside, sheltered from view, against the mountain slope. In the evening, a dedicated cinema room and separate sitting room allow everyone to find their own rhythm, between shared relaxation and quieter moments.

Designed to accommodate 8 people, this chalet appeals to families and groups of friends seeking a stay where space is never compromised. The generous volumes, combined with carefully chosen amenities, make it a comfortable setting in which to share days of skiing and evenings with loved ones.
