4 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Courchevel

At La Tania, between Courchevel and Méribel, this chalet occupies a peaceful quarter bordered by forests, away from the bustle but close to the friendly atmosphere of the pedestrian resort. The address suits both families and groups coming to enjoy the surrounding ski area.

Over 250m2 spread across 4 levels, the entrance leads to a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining room that opens onto a terrace with generous south-facing exposure, offering an unobstructed view. The adjacent living room is organised around a central fireplace and extends to a small running balcony, with complete audiovisual equipment for evenings. A mezzanine arranged as a games room with television corner offers children their own space.

The 4 bedrooms are distributed over 2 levels and comprise two master suites with dressing room and private shower room, and 2 family bedrooms designed for children, combining a large bed and bunk beds. Each has its own television and direct access to a terrace, with the 2 storeys connected to each other to facilitate family life. In total, 5 bathrooms and shower rooms allow everyone to enjoy privacy.

At the lowest level, a relaxation area brings together a sauna and additional shower room, completed by a large ski room equipped with boot warmers. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a garage complete the set, designed for a mountain stay without logistical constraint.

This non-smoking chalet, capable of accommodating 13 people, lends itself particularly to a stay between large families or several households gathered for the week, combining shared comfort and spaces dedicated to children.
