4 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Courchevel

At Courchevel, this chalet in the hamlet of Praz is 50m from the town centre and 200m from the slopes and ski lift. Facing north and south, it benefits from a dual aspect that brings light throughout the day.

The interior, with modern and pared-back decoration, is organised around a living room with fireplace where guests enjoy gathering after the slopes. A relaxation area with sauna completes the space, along with a bar for extending evenings with fellow guests.

The 4 bedrooms are distributed throughout the chalet, each with its own bathroom. The family bedroom combines a double bed that separates into 2 bunk beds, while the master bedroom benefits from a dressing room. The two other double bedrooms each open onto a balcony, offering some fresh air before heading back down to the slopes.

A garage and parking space facilitate arrival with skis, completed by a boot warmer and safe. Outdoor furniture invites guests to enjoy the balcony in fine weather, and the washing machine, tumble dryer and laundry room simplify day-to-day organisation.

With its 270m2 and capacity of 8 people, this chalet suits an extended family or group of friends wishing to enjoy a mountain stay together, combining comfort and relaxation.
