4 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Chamonix

At Chamonix, this chalet sits slightly apart from the village in preserved quiet, yet remains seven minutes on foot from the centre and three minutes by car from the slopes. Restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance, and the golf course is just a quarter of an hour away, making it easy to move between mountain and village life.

The open living room on the ground floor forms the heart of the chalet. Large windows frame the Mont-Blanc range continuously, and an open fireplace warms winter evenings while underfloor heating ensures comfort throughout the year. The dining table seats up to 10 guests, and the open kitchen with its central island suits both quick meals and raclette or fondue evenings.

On the first floor, all 4 bedrooms are doubles with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers, a layout that offers privacy to each guest and works well for a family or group of friends sleeping up to 8 people. A guest WC on the ground floor and a separate laundry room complete the facilities for stays of several days, across a total of 150m2.

The terrace features a hot tub for returning from the slopes facing the peaks, particularly beautiful at sunset, and a barbecue takes over in summer. The chalet also gives access to a sauna, a shared fitness room and private underground parking, with breakfast preparation, cleaning during your stay and a concierge service to arrange lift passes and reservations.

This chalet suits those seeking a well-kept and functional setting without losing the atmosphere of Chamonix, whether for a family holiday or time with friends around the same table.
