4 bedroom chalet with a sauna in Chamonix

In Chamonix, this contemporary chalet is within a few minutes’ walk of the town centre, while the slopes are reached in three minutes by car. This location offers a rare compromise between immediate convenience and tranquility, away from the bustle of the resort core yet close to its shops and restaurants.

Spread over 190m2 across 2 levels, the open living room features large windows framing the surrounding peaks. A gas and ethanol fireplace structures the living space, complemented by underfloor heating that maintains even warmth throughout winter. The dining table seats up to 11 guests, suited equally to a formal dinner or a raclette with close friends.

The 4 bedrooms each have an adjoining bathroom. The master suite is distinguished by its bath, 2 walk-in showers and double basin, with proportions reminiscent of hotel accommodation, whilst the three other double bedrooms each offer their own shower room, a practical arrangement for an extended family or group of friends.

The wellness area occupies a central place with a private sauna and fitness room integrated into the chalet, and a jacuzzi installed outdoors, facing the mountains, particularly pleasant at sunset. The kitchen, equipped with a professional oven and fondue and raclette machines, opens onto the terrace and its barbecue, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor dining. A ski room with boot warmers and underground parking complete the winter logistics.

This chalet suits a group or family seeking a comfortable and well-designed base for alternating ski or hiking days with quiet evenings, with a concierge service capable of organising transfers, ski passes or mountain guides.
