A few minutes’ walk from the centre of Chamonix, this chalet is in close proximity to bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the bus stop and railway station. The Brévent ski lifts are 3 minutes by car away, those of La Flégère 8 minutes away, a convenient location for exploring the entire ski domain.

From the entrance, 2 twin bedrooms each have their own shower room and WC, while a master suite opens onto a large bathroom and walk-in shower, with views of Mont Blanc from the dressing room. On the first floor, a vast living space with high ceilings combines lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, extended by a relaxation room with additional beds, ideal for large groups.

The sunny terrace overlooks the garden and the peaks of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi, with an outdoor hot tub and dining area for evenings after a day on the slopes. A mix of stone, wood and raw concrete gives the whole property a contemporary Alpine atmosphere, with Nordic influences.
