4 bedroom chalet with a fireplace in Val-d'Isère

On the heights of the hamlet of Petit Alaska, this chalet overlooks the valley and offers views that extend over the surrounding peaks. The heart of Val-d’Isère, with its shops, restaurants and activity, can be reached in an 8 minute walk, as can the slopes. The hamlet itself remains peaceful, away from the hustle of the centre.

Traditional architecture in wood and stone combines with more contemporary fittings, without stylistic break. You enter on the first floor, into a spacious open living room where sofas gather around a fireplace, conducive to aperitifs before moving to table. This living space opens directly onto a terrace facing the mountains.

Also at this level, the fully equipped kitchen communicates with a large dining room, designed for entertaining without leaving the chalet. Evenings can thus extend around a meal prepared on the premises, in a setting that is both comfortable and convivial.

The 4 double bedrooms are distributed across 2 floors, the first at the level of the entrance and the three others on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom. A private ski room and a covered parking space complete the ground floor, practical for storing equipment and parking without constraint.

Accommodation for up to 8 people in a setting suited to an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy the slopes during the day and find, in the evening, the comfort of a chalet of their own.
