At Mont-de-Lans, the chairlift is 150 metres away, while the Deux Alpes resort can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The setting remains unspoilt, between the quiet of the village and quick access to the slopes in winter and to walking trails, mountain biking routes and trail running routes in summer. High altitude lakes and paragliding add to the activities of the fine season.

The ground floor combines a welcoming living room arranged around a pellet stove, a dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen, designed for evening gatherings. Two terraces extend these spaces outside, one facing due south to make the most of the sun from the start of fine weather. The whole occupies 140m2, with generous volumes and good circulation between the levels.

The bedrooms are distributed across the floors and the lower level: two with bunk beds, one completed with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor, and a master suite on the lower level with its own bathroom. An additional shower room and separate WC on each level make organisation easy for larger groups.
