4 bedroom apartment with ski in ski out access in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

In the hamlet of Bettaix, at Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, this new apartment opens directly onto the 3 Vallées domain. You put on your skis as soon as you cross the threshold, and you return the same way, with no need for a shuttle or car park.

The exposure orients the living spaces towards the morning light, ideal for breakfast before the first ascent. The fireplace warms the living room on après-ski evenings, while the balcony extends the apartment towards the outside and lets in the mountain air.

The 4 bedrooms are arranged around the communal spaces, including a family bedroom designed for children and another that also opens onto a balcony. The 3 bathrooms, each equipped with either a shower or a bath, allow everyone to prepare for their day without waiting, across 125m2 of well-distributed space.

The ski room and boot warmer simplify your return from the slopes, while the garage shelters the car. With its capacity of 9 people, its baby cot, high chair and board games, this property suits a large family or two households coming together for a week of shared skiing.
