4 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Val-d'Isère

On the top floor of a residence in the centre of Val d’Isère, this penthouse benefits from a location 100 metres from the slopes and ski lifts, in the middle of the shopping streets and restaurants of the village. Large windows frame the Olympic face of Bellevarde and the Solaise massif, offering a rare view over the valley from each living space.

The through living space running North South, beneath a vaulted ceiling, combines a lounge around an ethanol fireplace and a dining area opening onto a bar and the kitchen. Two heated terraces extend this living area, one facing due south for sunny days, the other facing north equipped with a dining corner, a barbecue and a brazier for evenings with friends.

The separate kitchen, fully equipped and fitted with a wine cellar, communicates with a back kitchen designed for more discreet food preparation. The four bedrooms, each with its own shower room or bathroom and its own ethanol fireplace, are divided between south and north facing balconies. The main bedroom is distinguished by its dressing room, its office and its bathroom with double basin.

The sauna, the adjoining shower and the jacuzzi installed under a heated glass roof make up a relaxation space facing the peaks, completed by a fitness room equipped with rowing machines and weight training equipment. A heated ski room with boot heaters and two parking spaces facilitate day to day life in the mountains.

This penthouse of 315m2 accommodates up to 8 people and suits an extended family or a group of friends seeking a comfortable stay, with the possibility of calling on a chef and a butler for breakfasts, afternoon tea and dinners.
