4 bedroom apartment with a sauna in Courchevel

In Courchevel, this apartment occupies the top floor of its residence, accessible by lift to the third floor. Under the eaves, the ceiling height is surprising from the entrance and gives the whole a warm character, far from the standard image of a resort apartment.

The living space is organised around exposed beams that run across the ceiling and structure the space up to the mezzanine. The seating area benefits from a fireplace and television, whilst the fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area. The balcony, furnished with armchairs, extends the living room towards the mountain visible from the facade.

The bedrooms are split between 4 double beds, one tucked under the mezzanine, and 3 bathrooms allow easy organisation when several families share the space. The 102m2 surface leaves each person their own space without sacrificing the common areas.

The sauna and hot tub offer relaxation after a day outside, and the apartment’s bar invites you to extend the evening without leaving the premises. These are the touches that count once night has fallen on the resort.

With its capacity for 8 people, this apartment suits a group of friends or several families travelling together, seeking both privacy in the bedrooms and conviviality in the common spaces.
