4 bedroom apartment with a fireplace in Les Gets

In Aux Gets, this penthouse occupies the top floor of a mountain residence. Its fitted balcony opens onto the surrounding peaks and slopes, offering a clear view of the alpine landscape. Beneath the roof, the apartment benefits from an unusually high ceiling, emphasised by exposed beams that give character to each room.

The living space is organised around a lounge where a real fireplace stands, ideal for capturing the mountain atmosphere when returning from the slopes. The dining area and bar extend this convivial space, whilst the kitchen, equipped with a central island and full appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, allows you to entertain without constraint. Circulation between these different zones flows naturally, beneath the same wooden beams that unify the whole.

The 4 bedrooms are spread beneath the attic, each with its own adjoining bathroom. Three of them have a double bed, the fourth combines a double bed and a stacked single bed, which allows a capacity of 9 people. This arrangement of bedrooms with private bathrooms makes it easy to organise a stay with a group without compromising on privacy.

At 173m2 spread over a single level beneath the roof, this penthouse suits an extended family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy a mountain stay together, between evenings by the fireplace and days on the slopes.
