4 bedroom apartment with a fireplace in Les Gets

At Aux Gets, this penthouse occupies the top floor of a mountain residence, beneath a framework with exposed beams that creates an uncommon ceiling height throughout. The duplex layout clearly separates the living spaces on the ground floor from the bedrooms upstairs, for a stay where everyone finds their place.

On the ground floor, the bright living room is organised around a wood burning stove that warms the atmosphere on winter evenings, with a television area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A first double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom completes this level, which opens onto a large landscaped terrace where you can extend meals or enjoy the mountain air.

The upper floor houses the remaining bedrooms spread over 170m2: 2 double bedrooms and a cabin bedroom with bunk bed designed to welcome children, each served by the bathrooms on this level. A washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine complete daily life without a thought.

This duplex layout, with its vaulted volumes and terrace, is particularly suited to a large family or a group of friends coming to enjoy Aux Gets, with up to 8 adults able to stay comfortably alongside children in their own bedroom.
