4 bedroom apartment close to the slopes in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

In the heart of the hamlets of Bettaix, at Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, this apartment benefits from a location close to the slopes, within a residential area typical of the Northern Alps. The ski room and parking make coming and going easy, whether you are leaving to ski or returning from the village.

The apartment opens onto a dual aspect, south and west, which floods the living spaces with light for much of the day. The living room, dining room and television room succeed one another in volumes designed for entertaining, extended by a balcony where you can enjoy mountain air. The equipped kitchen and dishwasher allow you to entertain without constraint, while the television area offers a separate space for quieter evenings.

Over 118m2, the 4 bedrooms are laid out to accommodate 6 people comfortably, with double beds for parents and a bedroom dedicated to children equipped with bunk beds. The 3 bathrooms, fitted with shower or bath, avoid morning queues when everyone is getting ready at the same time for the day’s skiing.

Bed linen is provided and the beds are made on arrival, a welcome comfort after the journey. This setting, designed for family life or time with friends, is particularly suited to a group wishing to enjoy the slopes without giving up generous and well organised living spaces.
