3 bedroom villa with a swimming pool in Vence

In Vence, in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this villa sits on a private plot of 3600m2 that ensures genuine privacy between sea and hinterland. Shops are 2km away and the beaches of the Côte d’Azur are 12km away, which makes it possible to enjoy a peaceful setting while keeping the coast easily accessible.

The house covers 220m2 and is air-conditioned. It is organised around a living and dining room of 85m2 flooded with light, which opens directly onto the pool and outdoor spaces. Fibre optic connection and an audio system accompany evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen and its scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer simplify daily life.

The sleeping space is divided between the main house and an independent apartment, a configuration that allows everyone to preserve their privacy. On the ground floor, one bedroom benefits from direct access to the pool, while the upstairs bedroom overlooks a terrace with views over the garden. The independent apartment, with its mezzanine and kitchenette, offers genuine autonomy to guests or a second family.

Outside, the private saltwater pool of 10 x 5m and the pool house equipped with a barbecue, an oven and a gas hob invite prolonged summer meals, completed by an outdoor shower with hot water. Parking for 4 cars rounds out the practicality of the place for a group stay.

This address suits a family or friends seeking a spacious and comfortable base, where you enjoy both the quiet of a large garden and proximity to the Côte d’Azur coast.
