3 bedroom villa with a swimming pool and sea views in Marine de Davia

At Marine de Davia on the north coast of Corsica, this villa benefits from a seafront location that orients the living room towards the water. The setting remains quiet, far from any bustle, with the sea as the daily horizon.

The villa is laid out over 130m2 designed for outdoor living as much as indoor. The swimming pool occupies a central position and naturally extends the living spaces, whilst the barbecue area invites extended meals facing the water.

The 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer each person a private space without sacrificing shared living. Wheelchair access facilitates movement throughout the villa, a valuable comfort for welcoming all members of a group.

This property suits a family or group of 6 people seeking a simple seaside stay, where the sea view and immediate proximity to the shore are enough to shape the days.
