3 bedroom chalet with ski in ski out access in Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc

Positioned on the Plateau de la Croix at 1450m altitude, this chalet overlooks the village of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce and faces the Mont-Blanc massif. The hamlet surrounding it offers a calm and unspoiled setting, away from bustle whilst remaining close to local life: Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is reached in 15 minutes and Megève, with its Michelin-starred restaurants and boutiques, in less than 20 minutes.

Access to the slopes is direct from the chalet, ski-in ski-out, towards the Évasion Mont-Blanc domain and its runs connected between several neighbouring resorts. A garage allows storage of equipment before departure, and the terraces enjoy the same panorama over the surrounding peaks.

Inside, the living room and dining room open widely around a fireplace corner where guests gather after a day outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen and office complete this living space, designed for a close and sociable stay. The 3 bedrooms, including two doubles or twins with private shower rooms, and a dormitory of 4 single beds also en suite, accommodate up to 8 people.

The hamlet provides a shared wellness chalet with sauna, indoor and outdoor hot tub, and a sunny terrace to extend relaxation. This is where the day closes, between skiing or hiking and return to calm.

This chalet is suited to families or small groups of friends seeking a comfortable base with direct access to the slopes in winter, and to hiking and cycling trails in fine weather.
