3 bedroom chalet with a swimming pool in Courchevel

At Au Praz, a few hundred metres from the village centre and the ski lifts, this chalet benefits from a ski-in ski-out position, with the Murettes slopes at 500m and the ski school at the same distance. Free station shuttles allow you to reach the other levels of Courchevel quickly without needing to use your car.

The house opens to all four aspects, which floods the living spaces with light throughout the day. The fireplace warms the living room on winter evenings, while the terrace offers an outdoor extension for fine weather. The ski room with boot warmers makes returning from the slopes easier, and the indoor swimming pool and gym complete the chalet’s equipment.

Spread across several levels, the bedrooms each have their own bathroom with walk-in shower, and the master bedroom benefits from direct access to its own terrace. The two other bedrooms, designed for families, combine a double bed and mezzanine sleeping space, with desk and wardrobe. A games room keeps children entertained while the work space allows you to continue professional activity on site.

This 300m2 chalet welcomes up to 6 people in a setting designed for a family stay. Bed linen, bathroom products and a welcome basket are provided on arrival, with cleaning assured at the end of your stay. An à la carte meal service allows you to organise certain meals on site according to your preferences.
