This bright living room, warmed by a fireplace, is organised around a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, from the oven to the dishwasher and including the induction hob.

The 3 bedrooms are divided between privacy and conviviality. The master bedroom benefits from direct access to the terrace, the second overlooks the living room, whilst the third, more intimate, has bunk beds and its own shower cabin.
