3 bedroom chalet with a fireplace in Courchevel

In Courchevel, this apartment occupies the second floor of a building served by a lift, with an interphone and digital keypad for access. The garage on 2 levels below allows direct entry, with ski lockers and a boot dryer available to prepare for days on the slopes. The Aquamotion water centre is nearby, a welcome option to complement days in the mountains.

The living room is organised around a fireplace that warms all winter evenings, with a flat screen connected to satellite television for quieter moments. The open kitchen, fully equipped down to the coffee machine, naturally extends this living space and makes shared meals easier without interrupting conversation.

The 3 bedrooms are arranged so that each has its own bathroom. The first benefits from a north-facing balcony with an unobstructed view over the valley, the second overlooks an east-facing balcony, whilst the third, equipped with bunk beds, suits children or visiting friends well. A dedicated laundry room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer, completes the set.

At 80m2, this apartment on one floor welcomes up to 6 people in a setting designed for families or groups of two or three couples. The view over the valley from the balconies gives the stay its identity, between practical comfort and openness to the landscape.
