3 bedroom apartment with ski in ski out access in Les Menuires

In the village of Levassay, at Les Ménuires, this new apartment opens directly onto the slopes. Shops are located 600 metres away, reachable on foot or by ski depending on the season. Ski-in ski-out access changes the rhythm of days here: you put on your skis and go, you return without detour.

The living space opens widely onto a south-facing terrace, extended by a covered section equipped with a large table. The kitchen, open to this space, allows you to prepare a meal without leaving the conversation or the view of the slope. In the evening, this terrace becomes the true outdoor living room of the apartment.

The bedrooms are distributed with care: 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom opening onto the terrace, and a cabin with bunk beds designed for children or a group. A ski room equipped with a boot dryer accommodates equipment on return from the slopes, whilst 2 covered parking spaces protect vehicles. At 85m2, each space maintains its function without ever feeling cramped.

This apartment suits a family or a group of friends coming to enjoy the slopes without compromising on comfort. The capacity of 6 people and the organisation of the bedrooms allow each person to find privacy, whilst sharing the same moments on the terrace.
